As a service provider we are responsible for the personal content on this site in line with general law according to § 7 Section 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged as service providers, however, to monitor third party information or to research circumstances that point to illegal actions. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
A liability is only possible from the moment of being aware of a specific infringement. When we become aware of legal violations these contents will be removed immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites by third parties, whose contents we cannot influence. Therefore we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The content of linked sites remains the responsibility of the provider or operator concerned. The linked sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of creating the link. No illegal contents were recognised at the time of creating the link. A permanent control of the linked sites, however, without concrete evidence of a violation of the law, is not reasonable. When we become aware of legal violations such links will be removed immediately.

If the contents on this site were not created by the service provider the copyrights of third parties are considered. In particular, contents of third parties are marked as such. If despite of this you become aware of any copyright infringement we kindly ask you to inform us.
