Its extraordinarily compact dimensions enable its integration in practically every existing system, even where unfavourable installation conditions prevail.

Filling is realised with a screw, and the system functions cleanly and generates very little dust, as no air is fed to the product during filling. This dispenses with the necessity for venting bags on the pallet.

There are 3 product lines available from the screw-bag-filling machines from WAGNER-Maschinen. The lines called BASIC, STANDARD-PLUS and INDIVIDUAL-PLUS.

Type SPO-BASIC

The automatic WAGNER Type SPO BASIC bag-filling machine is the most inexpensive alternative for filling applications with open bags.

The extremely inexpensive price of the SPO BASIC is the result of consistent standardisation and concentration on the most important aspects.

The machine is supplied already equipped with a broad number of extras:

-	Painted frame in RAL 9007 (Grey Aluminium)
-	All components which come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel
-	The bag is secured with a one-hand bag clasp for greater user-friendliness
-	The height of the roller bag chair can be adjusted, enabling handling of bags with different lengths and a minimum of physical effort
-	An agitator with a separate gear motor drive is integrated in the filling head
-	The screw can be easily removed and the speed regulated in 3 stages with a frequency converter for coarse, medium and fine products
-	The digital weighing electronics can be calibrated and is easy to operate

Type SPO-STANDARD-PLUS

The STANDARD PLUS product line emulates the basic model in the BASIC LINE product range, but it can be equipped with a limited number of useful extras.

The automatic WAGNER Type SPO STANDARD PLUS bag-filling machine is suitable for filling applications where open bags, cartons and barrels with inliner bags are involved.

The inexpensive price of the SPO-STANDARD-PLUS is the result of consistent standardisation and concentration on the most important aspects.

The machine is supplied already equipped with with the same broad number of extras as the SPO-BASIC.

The following additional options can also be supplied:

-	Filling head with cleaning opening
-	Inflation hose connection instead of one-hand bag clasp
-	Pneumatic bag clamb with 2-handed safety operation
-	Filler neck for dust-free filling of buckets and drums without inliner, with press-on fixture
-	Quick-change sealed casing
-	Carbide-coated screw for abrasive products
-	Mobile version, easily manoeuvrable
-	Components in contact with product made of V4A, electrolytically polished on request
-	Blow-out device for the foremost filler neck end
-	Automatic knocking and vibrating devices on the filler neck
-	Pneumatic plug-in coupling for quick-change components
-	Switch cabinet located separately instead of machine frame mounting
-	Transition tube fitting or shut-off flap mounted on the filling head
-	Continuous bag chair adjustment with crank
-	Data printer or data transmission
-	Paint finish available in an RAL colour of your choice

Type SPO-INDIVIDUAL-PLUS

The Individual Plus product range is the premium class when it comes to bag-filling machines.
Every need is met, and each customer is supplied with a customised machine to meet individual requirements.
Up to 150 different equipment variants are available, depending on the model involved, and we are more than willing to address wishes that have as yet not been realised.
